Being “veggie“ is the new trend. Even the massive propaganda of the meat industry and its lobbyists won't be able to change it because more and more people no longer believe in the lie that meat is a piece of power to live. The vegetarian/vegan eating culture has not only been established on a larger scale, it has also become a synonym of good taste, health, tolerance and a positive awareness of life. Therefore the negative image of the ascetic, unattractive and unwordly “grain eater“ definitely belongs to the past. Ten years ago mostly intellectuals and individualists decided to become vegetarian or vegan, but today people from all classes stop consuming meat. Besides the health factor, ethic aspects convince more and more sympathetic und reasonable people to reject the killing of other creatures for a short mouthful. There are fantastic alternatives for a better world and a positive awareness of life.

Eating animals is out of fashion! Every years thousands of intelligent, progressive people say goodbye to the dubious consumption of meat. All the prejudices, traditions and facts that have turned out to be untrue make them smile with pity. The victory of vegetarian/vegan nourrishment can no longer be stopped. 15 per cent of the German population (source: Vebu) have already become vegetarian or vegan. In Germany the number of “veggies“ increases to about 4.000 people every week. So there are at least ten times more vegetarians/vegans than nearly twenty years ago. Especially young people, modern women and men with a higher level of education and psychic stability, have set the trend.

Music is a marvellous medium to convey the vegetarian/vegan message. It makes people call their own way of eating into question and to reduce the meat consumers' lack of knowledge.
